GDPR information clausule

Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter “GDPR”), please be advised as follows:

  1. In the event of disclosure of personal data, the controller for such data will be Koronea P.S.A. with its registered office in Włoszczowa (postal code: 29-100) at ul. Jędrzejowska 79c, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs maintained by the District Court in Kielce, 10th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under the number KRS 0001022644; share capital of PLN 298 863 750,00 zł, NIP [Taxpayer ID] 6090070696, hereinafter referred to as Koronea.

  3. As regards the business partners and users of the equipment sold by ZPUE and their employees:
    • Koronea will process the personal data for the purpose of contact, negotiations, contract performance, pursuit of claims and complaint processing. Providing the data is voluntary but it is necessary for efficient cooperation, and in some cases, it is required under the applicable law (e.g., data for invoices).
    • Koronea will process personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(b), (c) and (f) of the GDPR.
    • The legitimate interests pursued by Koronea may include the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, prevention of fraud, ensuring the security of the ICT environment, or use of internal compliance monitoring processes.
    • Recipients of personal data may include parties that provide services to Koronea, including IT, consulting, accounting, auditing, legal, dispatch, payment, archiving and document destruction services as well as services of statutory auditors and notaries.
    • The personal data will be kept for the duration of business contacts, negotiations, contract performance, cooperation or complaint processing. The retention period will be extended by the respective period of limitation of claims if the processing of data is necessary for the establishment or pursuit of any claims or defence against such claims by Koronea. After these periods, the data will be retained only for the time required by law.
    • The data subject will have the right to request from Koronea access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability. If the data are processed based on consent, the data subject may withdraw their consent at any time, which does not affect the compliance of any processing done before the consent was withdrawn.
    • The data subject will have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
  4. Regarding the users of the website:
    • Koronea will process personal data for statistical purposes.
    • Providing the data is not a statutory or contractual requirement. The data (IP number, operating system, data of the ISP, browser type and version, date and time of the opening of the website, websites from which the Koronea website was opened) are collected when the koronea.com website is used.
    • Koronea will process personal data in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
    • It is a legitimate interest of Koronea to analyse the way the koronea.com website is used.
    • Personal data recipients may include parties that provide services to Koronea regarding the analysis and management of websites.
    • The personal data will not be kept for more than 50 months.
    • The data subject will have the right to request from Koronea access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability. If the data are processed based on consent, the data subject may withdraw their consent at any time, which does not affect the compliance of any processing done before the consent was withdrawn.
    • The data subject will have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    • Koronea does not make any decisions that are based exclusively on automated processing, including profiling, and have a material impact on the data subject.
  5. As regards job applicants:
    • Koronea will process the data for the purposes of the recruitment process and future recruitment processes, based on the voluntary consents of the applicant.
    • Your personal data will not be provided to any parties or transferred to a third country / international organisation.
    • The personal data will be kept until the end of the recruitment process, and if the data subject consents to the processing of their data for the purposes of future recruitment processes – for up to 36 months from the submission of recruitment documents.
    • The applicant will have the right to access to and rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing concerning the data subject or to object to the processing as well as the right to data portability. The data subject may withdraw their consent at any time, which does not affect the compliance of any processing done before the consent was withdrawn.
    • The data subject will have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.
    • Providing the personal data is a necessary condition for participation in the recruitment processes of Koronea.
    • The personal data of the applicant will not be processed by automated means, including profiling.
